How Our Courses Work

Here at UDC we offer small classroom courses. Our courses take place over several days to give all attendees the chance to reflect on what they have learnt and be able to ask any necessary questions. All attendees get to participate, ask questions and do on the spot exercises.

At what times do the courses take place?

To cater to people's various schedules, group courses either take place in the morning or late afternoon. Specifically, at:

• At 9:00 – 12:15 
• At 17:00 – 20:15
There is a small 15-minute break in the middle of each lesson. These 15 minutes are not calculated in the total hours of training.

UDC also provides individual training (one-on-one), and training at your workspace. 

How many days do the courses take?

Dates, durations and schedules can be found on our course calendar and/or on the respective course page.

How many people are there per classroom course?

We only allow 3 – 6 people per course. By only working in small groups, we ensure that each individual gets the best possible experience and support.

Which software versions are taught?

Our courses are always based on the current versions. This way you get the latest information from us.

Requirements for participation

You will need:
• A laptop
• The course software must be installed on your laptop either as a trial version or in full

How to register and participate

• You can register for any course up to 3 working days before the start of any of our classroom courses either by email, telephone of filling out and sending us THIS form
• After registering, we will contact you personally to check that you meet all the technical requirements
• You will receive any additional necessary information for the training by email or phone call shortly before the course begins

Your Archicad Training Documents

All participants will receive both printed documents and digital excercise files to ensure maximum quality participation at the first course meeting

What happens if a course get's cancelled

Rarely, but nevertheless, we have to cancel a course because the minimum number of 3 participants is not reached. Most of the time we can estimate this a few days in advance, but sometimes it can only happen the day before. As soon as we are certain, we will notify you by phone or email. You can then register on the website for another appointment that suits you
