How Online Courses Work

Here at UDC we offer live online courses. Our live trainings take place over several days and are just like being in a classroom. All attendees get to participate, ask questions and do on the spot exercises. Our trainers will guide you as if they are standing right next to you.

At what times are there online courses?

To cater to people's various schedules, group courses either take place in the morning or late afternoon. Specifically, at:

• At 9:00 – 12:15
• At 17:00 – 20:15
There is a small 15-minute break in the middle of each lesson. These 15 minutes are not calculated in the total hours of training.

UDC also provides individual training (one-on-one), and training at your workspace. 

How many days do the online courses take?

How many people are there per online course?

We only allow 2 – 6 people per course. By only working in small groups, we ensure that each individual gets the best possible support.

Which software versions are taught?

Our courses are always based on the current versions. This way you get the latest information from us.

Requirements for participation

You will need
• A stable internet connection
• A desktop or laptop
• Since our online trainings are live, to be able to fully participate, a microphone and loudspeaker, or a headset and webcam are necessary
• The course software must be installed on your pc or laptop either as a trail version or in full
• The free app Microsoft Teams
How to register and participate
• You can register for any course up to 3 working days before the start of any of our online courses
• After registering, we will contact you personally to check that you meet all the technical requirements
• You will receive the necessary access data for the training by email shortly before the training begins
• During the online training you will be able to participate, ask questions, do guided exercises, have a conversation, and exchange ideas just like being in a classroom.
